Lynn has been practising yoga for 16 years and teaching for 9 years. She holds the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) accredited Sun Power Yoga teacher training qualification, (internationally recognised by the Yoga Alliance).
‘I see my role more as a guide and facilitator, rather than simply a teacher. I emphasise safe alignment and sound basics and aim to offer varied and inspiring classes. Then I invite students to work at their own pace, to gently modify where necessary and encourage everyone to discover for themselves the amazing benefits of this practice.
For me personally these benefits include feeling physically stronger and more flexible, calmer, more focused and also getting a better night’s sleep!’
As well as being passionate about yoga, Lynn is also very interested in the environment and conservation issues.

The physical aspects of yoga can help with posture, alignment, flexibility, strength and balance.
Combined with breath-work, the poses also work at a deeper level helping to keep the respiratory and digestive systems in good working order and also help to balance the nervous and endocrine systems.
The mix of poses, breathing exercise, relaxation and meditation help improve and maintain emotional and physical stability and bring about an enhanced state of overall well-being.
