These classes are great for physical and mental preparation to help through pregnancy, labour and beyond.
The class starts with an introduction to each mum and where they are in their journey. We continue with stretches and breathing exercises which may help you during pregnancy and labour and each session finishes with time to chat over a drink and a snack so you can get to know other mothers-to-be and share your experiences.
You are welcome to join the class any time from 14 weeks onwards.
