Yardley Yoga is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to the website, and anyone attending classes, retreats and workshops.

This website may store information about you using cookies (files which are sent by us to your computer or other access device) which we can access when you visit our site in future. We may also collect your device’s IP address as part of the basic functioning of this website. We do this to allow the website to function properly and to collect anonymous information about how this website is used, through Google Analytics.

If you do not want us to use cookies, you can easily disable them by going to the toolbar of your web browser, and clicking on the “help” button.

As part of the registration process for classes, yoga days or weekends, personal information is collected. This is used to contact you if we need to tell you about up and coming classes/ workshops/ retreats; changes to classes/workshops/retreats; new classes/workshops/retreats; to tailor the classes/workshops/retreats to your needs; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied.

Health forms completed for classes/days/weekends are stored securely and held for 7 years in line with insurance requirements.

Your personal data may be stored on a personal office computer (password protected), on a personal mobile (password protected). Information regarding yoga weekend bookings is stored on google drive (2 step verification) and accessed only by Lynn Yardley and co-leader Kim Pierpoint.

Paper copies of health forms are stored securely

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver email updates regarding future events. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing Lynn.
